You can apply for a Medical Visa at the Indian Embassy in your home country or through the official Indian e-Visa portal. You will need to submit the following documents:
Original Passport (valid for at least 6 months).
Two recent passport-size photographs.
Completed Online/Physical Visa Application Form.
Medical Invitation Letter from New Delhi Andrology Clinic (specifying treatment nature and duration).
Proof of funds (if requested by the Embassy).
Visa Application Fee receipt.
If a family member or attendant is accompanying you, they must apply for a Medical Attendant Visa.
Documents Required:
Valid Passport & Photographs.
Visa Application Form.
A letter from the patient/hospital stating the need for an attendant.
Name of the attendant mentioned in the official Hospital Invitation Letter.
Upon arrival in India, all international patients are required to register with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) within 14 days of arrival.
