Step 2: Apply for Medical Visa

You can apply for a Medical Visa at the Indian Embassy in your home country or through the official Indian e-Visa portal. You will need to submit the following documents:

• Original Passport (valid for at least 6 months).

• Two recent passport-size photographs.

• Completed Online/Physical Visa Application Form.

• Medical Invitation Letter from New Delhi Andrology Clinic (specifying treatment nature and duration).

• Proof of funds (if requested by the Embassy).

• Visa Application Fee receipt.

Step 3: Medical Attendant Visa (For Family/Helper)

If a family member or attendant is accompanying you, they must apply for a Medical Attendant Visa.

Documents Required:

• • Valid Passport & Photographs.

  • Visa Application Form.

  • A letter from the patient/hospital stating the need for an attendant.

  • Name of the attendant mentioned in the official Hospital Invitation Letter.

Step 4: Arrival & FRRO Registration

Upon arrival in India, all international patients are required to register with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) within 14 days of arrival.
